Publishing Agreement

1. Download and print a copy of our Publishing Agreement.
2. Select the publishing package and associated services that you require on the enclosed order form. Remember to include image scanning and placement fees, if applicable (see Image Preparation guidelines for more information).
3. Read the agreement thoroughly.
4. Complete the required author, book, and payment information fields. Then sign and date it.
   1. Enclose the agreement and order form in your submission package along with your payment (we accept Visa MasterCard and American Express. Please make checks or money orders payable to FriesenPress).

Book Files

Assemble the following files in a disk labeled with your name and the title of your book (we accept most media formats, such as data CDs and DVDs, USB memory sticks, ZIP disks, and floppy disks):

1. A file containing your manuscript, created following our Text Preparation guidelines.
2. One or more files containing the digital images for your book cover (including your author photo, if desired). Please create these files following our Image Preparation guidelines.
3. One or more files containing any digital images that you wish to include inside your book. Please create these files following our Image Preparation guidelines.

Mailing Instructions

Mail your submission package, composed of your signed publishing agreement with payment and your properly labeled disk containing your books files, to one of the addresses below.
