When preparing your manuscript for submission, it is important that you adhere as close as possible to the following guidelines in order to avoid unnecessary delays in the production of your book:

1. We require all submitted manuscripts to be sent as a single Microsoft Word file (.doc) or Rich Text File (.rtf). If you have your manuscript split over multiple files (for example, one file per chapter), simply copy and paste the content of each file into a single blank file in the correct sequence. Note: If you choose the .rtf format, recheck your manuscript after saving to catch possible conversion errors that may be introduced by your word-processing software.
2. At present we can only accept manuscripts written in the English language.
3. Your page count must fit within the allowable ranges shown below (you can calculate the approximate number of pages of your book by dividing the total word count of your manuscript by 315):
   B&W books (paperback): min = 48 pages, max = 744 pages
   B&W books (hardcover): min = 112 pages, max = 744 pages
   Color books (paperback only): min = 24 pages, max = 200 pages
   Note: As a rough guideline, the minimum page count for a black & white paperback book equates approximately to 15,000 words for a fiction or non-fiction book. Black & white poetry books may contain less than 15,000 words; however, they must still abide by the 48-page minimum.
4. Submit your manuscript in one of the following fonts:
   Serif option: Times New Roman (or Times) 12 point size
   Sans-serif option: Arial (or Helvetica) 12 point size
5. Paragraphs must not be composed of individual lines, each ending with a carriage return. Please ensure that there is only one carriage return per paragraph.
6. Insert a page break at the beginning of each chapter. To do so, simply place the cursor before the first character of the chapter’s title and press the [Enter] key while holding down the [Control] key.
