If you wish to make your book available as an electronic book in addition to your paperback or hardcover editions, we will format your book as an eBook, protect it from unauthorized copying with digital rights-management software, and make it available for download through popular online eBook retailers. We offer two levels of eBook distribution:

eBook Standard Distribution

With this service, your eBook will be available for sale through a large number of online eBook retailers for downloading and viewing on your personal computer. This service is included in our Mass Market Essentials package.

eBook Premium Distribution

In addition to eBook retailers, this service will also distribute your book via Amazon's Kindle Store for downloading and viewing on the Kindle, iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch and BlackBerry devices. This service is included in our Mass Market Bestseller B&W publishing package.

Note 1: Our eBook Distribution services can only be ordered with the purchase of a publishing package. They are not available as stand-alone services.
Note 2: Due to high conversion costs, color and children's books are not currently eligible for eBook Premium Distribution.

How do I get started?

1. Select these services as part of your publishing submission process, or if already signed, complete the FriesenPress Service Order Form (click here to download). Your author account manager will be glad to assist you with this step.
2. After your book layout is completed and approved by you for distribution, you will choose a retail price for your book’s electronic edition (your author account manager will give you advice on pricing). At this point, our technicians will format your title as an eBook and protect it for secure distribution with digital rights-management software.
3. Your eBook will then be uploaded and listed for sale with eBook retailers.
