For the first two years of your publishing agreement, we will waive the distribution channel fees for your title. On the third and subsequent years, we are required to collect the above annual distribution channel fee for each title format (paperback, hardcover, or eBook). These fees are submitted to our trade distribution channels on an annual basis to maintain your title active on their databases.
