The insertion of text tables into a manuscript require specialized formatting that lies outside the scope of our standard book layout. Depending on your choice of publishing package, you'll get a number of table insertions free of charge. Additional table insertions will be billed separately as shown below.

If your manuscript exceeds the number of tables insertions included in your package, we will provide you with a detailed quote for any extra billing that might be required in order to proceed with the work. In all cases, you will make the final decision as to how you want to proceed before any extra work is billed.
